Draft for Security Alliance Services (S.A.S) Limited. This is not legal advice. SAS will review it before the site goes live on sasltdja.com.

What we collect

Quote requests collect the contact name, company, email, phone, site address, parish, services, coverage hours, and any notes you add.

Officer applications collect your name, contact details, date of birth, parish, height, qualification, TRN, NIS number, whether your police record is clear, fitness and appearance declarations, shift availability, two character references, and any notes you add. You can also upload a CV, a certificate, or a police record.

Why

We use quote requests to reply about coverage. We use applications to decide whether to interview and hire. We do not sell this information.

Where it is stored

The site runs on Vercel. Applications, quote requests, and uploaded documents are stored in the United States by Vercel, Supabase, and Cloudflare. That includes TRN, NIS, and police records. The application and quote forms ask you to agree to that before you submit.

Who can see it

The confirmation email includes a link to the status of that one quote request or application. Anyone with the link can see the status, the name, and the reference number. The link does not show TRN, NIS, references, or uploaded documents. Only a signed-in SAS staff account can open the full record or a file. Public pages do not list submissions. Staff can delete an application or quote request from the staff desk.

How long

SAS keeps a record while it is needed to answer a quote, complete recruiting, or meet a legal duty. Staff delete records that are no longer needed. This draft does not set a fixed retention period; SAS will confirm that before launch.
